We continually monitor the weather forecast and make a decision to go/no go within 24hours of a booked date if bad weather is predicted
We do not fly in rain or high winds (over 20mph)
If a training session is cancelled due to bad weather then an alternative date will be arranged
Insurance cover for students is provided by Flight Level Drones on all training courses

Students are requested to dress appropriately for the weather conditions on the day
Walking boots or thick soled shoes will need to be worn for the outdoor phase(s) of our training sessions
When a training session has been booked and paid for, comprehensive joining instructions will be emailed covering all aspects of the day

To proceed to quote we need the location of the shoot (with an exact postcode)
We also need as much background information as possible on what you want us to photograph and film
We will carry out an initial online site survey to see if the shoot is possible given the location and requirements
All shoots will consider any flight restrictions or additional permissions that may be required
If the result of our site survey is positive, Flight Level Drones will send you a proposal for our services and price(s)
A firm shoot date will be agreed upon receipt of a 50% initial payment
If a shoot is cancelled due to bad weather then an alternative date will be arranged
Flight Level Drones retains the copyright of all aerial photography and filmed content
Clients have full use of all photography and filmed material for their own business use
Flight Level Drones reserves the right to use any video footage or photograph still images for its own PR purposes
Flight Level Drones' also carries out drone operations/repair/setup consultancy services, which is charged at £115/hour
